DDSG recognizes its social responsibility and strives to be a reliable partner to society
We regularly participate in public education programs, conducted by the police in order to teach children the rules of traffic and improve road safety.
As part of the social program and training, we support cadets training of Odessa National Maritime Academy, Ukraine and „Leka Janos“ shipping secondary school, Hungary.
In addition, the company continually provides financial assistance to a local school in sports programs.
The shipping company DDSG-MAHART restored and donated a barge to town Korneuburg for use as a pier for passenger ships.

The next generation
DDSG knows about the importance of the next generation and especially of the importance of a good education.
Therefore DDSG is supporting the Ukrainian Saturday School in Vienna. The Ukrainian school was founded 2010 by the Ivan Franko Ukrainian Cultural and Educational Centre.
It started with 16 children and grows to 150. At these weekly events up to 300 people are coming together and so it is the biggest regularly event of the Ukrainian community.
